  • With our Data Erasure service, we'll complete a full erase of a PC using the highest level of data eradication available, which permanently wipes the entire drive, leaving no data operating system remaining.

  • This service performed by the V-Tech technician includes: Backup data to an external drive or internal drive, and Migrate data to a new PC upon the customer's request.

  • The Microsoft Office Professional 2021 One-time purchase can be installed on 1 PC; includes the classic 2021 versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus Publisher and Access. Works with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft support included for first 60 days at no extra cost. A V-Tech technician will come out and put this software on your device.

  • The Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 subscription can be installed on 1 PC and includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. A V-Tech technician will come out and put this software on your devices.

  • The Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 subscription can be installed on 1 PC and includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook. A V-Tech technician will come out and put this software on your device.

  • This service performed by the V-Tech technicians includes: Install one software application. This service does not include the installation of an Operating System Software.

  • Upgrade to Windows 11. A V-Tech technician will come out and perform this service on your desktop/laptop.

  • This service performed by the V-Tech technician includes: Installation of an Operating System on a customer's PC (Software not included. Customer must purchase or provide a licensed copy of the OS they wish to have installed).

  • With our Essential PC Repair service, we'll run a detailed diagnostic, repair your software issues, and optimize & update your PC.

  • Install a peripheral on a customer's PC; such as power supplies, hard drives, video cards, RAM, etc. (New and unopened devices only)

  • This service performed by the V-Tech Associate includes: Install consumable items in PC, printer, or other devices. Consumable includes batteries, ink cartridges, paper, ink rollers, screen protectors, etc.

  • This service performed by the V-Tech Associate includes: Clean exterior of equipment and remove debris from fan and keyboard.

  • We will diagnose and repair a laptop screen. This service covers shipping, labor, and replacement parts. Excludes physical damage or customer abuse.

  • We will diagnose and repair a laptop for a flat-rate fee, which covers shipping, labor, and replacement parts. Excludes physical damage or customer abuse.
